As the longest night of the year settles in, join us for an immersive sound bath designed to help you soften, reset, and step into the slow, sacred shift of winter.This session blends crystal singing bowls, gentle drumming, chimes, and grounding guided meditation to help you release the heaviness of the year and call in clarity for the season ahead. It’s basically the energetic version of finally exhaling after holding your breath for… a while.
