Candlelight Tibetan Sound Bath

Relax and unwind from the stress of the holiday season immersed in the beautiful healing vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls, Gong, crystal singing pyramid+ more with calming candlelight.

There is no movement in this class, it's designed for relaxation and healing. You may sit or lie down...

You will need a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket. The studio does not provide these.

Join Deanna Pagliaccio of Divine Light Healing in collaboration with Fitness With Lees, Lisa Fowler in the LiveFit ~ Fitness for Women wellness studio.

🕯️We will begin the evening with a short guided meditation followed by the sound bath.

🕯️Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.

LOCATION: LiveFit Studio is located in the front of the building of Sealing Devices Plant No.4, across from Majestic Pools, plenty of parking available. There is a lit sign out front.
