Winter Solstice: Sound Bath

The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day of the year and the first day of winter. It symbolizes a transition to new beginnings. During this Solstice Sound Bath, relax to the sound of crystal bowls as you let go of the old and that which no longer serves you. Set your intentions for new beginnings, positivity, and more light.

We will tune in through light drumming with movement & breathwork, guided practices in grounding to the present & manifestation which nourishing our bodies with foods, and ending with Heart Math and a sound bath. Reconnect with your body in movement with breath and feeling the natural rhythm of the drums as they promote balance and harmony within ourselves. Lean into the present moment, holding compassion for yourself and gratitude. Listening to one another & to what the silence in the long winter has to teach us.

Finally, allowing the tension to leave your body as it relaxes and allows the healing frequencies of the sound bowls to surround & comfort you.

Then set an intention to release for the Yule log & welcome the longer days and light, back into the world.
