Combining soothing sound and warming cacao for a soul-nourishing event.About this Event
Join Nikki & Rose for an afternoon of relaxation, sound and warming cacao.
We will indulge you in a duet sound bath where both practitioners will be playing sounds to help you reach deeper states of calm and relaxation.
Experience a cascade of sound where the sound waves will wash over you, allowing you to relax, experience healing, and clearing of energy.
Exit this event feeling reset and ready for winter, whatever the pre-Christmas season throws at you!
We will also be serving some warming Cacao to aid in heart opening and allowing you to experience sound from a heart-centred approach. An open heart is believed to welcome sound healing more deeply. (Herbal teas will also be available)
Wear comfy, cosy clothes so you can feel comfortable. (PJ's Welcome!)
Bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask and anything else that can help you feel comfortable for the sound bath.
Previously, some attendees have brought sleeping bags, travel mattresses! It's your experience, bring what you need to make yourself extra comfy.
Please arrive no earlier than 3.30 pm when doors open.
Please also note that we will start promptly at 3.45 pm.
This beautiful event will be held on the Winter Solstice, so we can welcome the winter season in both warmth and feeling held.
The Ryton Village Hall is tucked away in the countryside with glorious views, so you can get away from it all. Flooring is heated so that you will be toasty and warm. What more could you want?
See you on the 21st December : - )
