In the middle of holiday busyness, this gathering is your permission slip to slow down.Join Tina Sprinkle and Jenn Jeffries on Sunday, December 21st from 12:30–2:00 pm for a nourishing Somatic Movement & Sound Bath Experience designed to calm your nervous system, release built-up holiday stress, and help you step into the new year with clarity and intention.
We’ll begin with gentle somatic movement and breath practices to soften tension, reconnect you with your body, and bring you into the present moment. Then you’ll settle in to rest while soothing sound vibrations (crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments) wash over you, inviting deep relaxation and energetic reset.
No experience is necessary—just come as you are. This is a welcoming space for all bodies and all levels.
