Winter Solstice is the perfect time for slowing down, reflecting and turning inward, and allowing our minds and bodies to relax over constantly ‘doing’. Sauna and cold plunges are both great tools for recovery and overall health. Saunas improve cardiovascular health and flush out toxins from the body while cold plunges reduce muscle soreness and inflammation. Using the two together can have a powerful impact on your physical and mental health.
Join us for our another sauna and cold plunge with a wonderfully authentic mobile wood-fired sauna, cold plunge baths, calming tea and a smokeless firepit. Here's how it works:
Spend 10-15 minutes in the sauna
Cold plunge for 10-30 seconds
Relax by the firepit for a few minutes, sip tea and chat with friends
Repeat for an hour
