✨A nurturing afternoon of yoga, meditation & reiki healing. An opportunity to find peace & calm whilst escaping from the seasonal hustle and bustle.✨
🌙Welcome the Winter Solstice, honouring the stillness, darkness as we end one cycle & invite in light as we enter the beginning of the next.
Opening Pranayama & Meditation before gently transitioning to a gentle, awakening & nourishing yoga flow, shifting stagnant energy whilst drawing on the inner light within.
Before restoring with an indulgent Yin practice, sealed with a Winter Solstice Meditation.
Closing by feeling the light of the flame growing inside of you as we set our solstice intentions.
Infused with reiki healing throughout.
