Join me for 3 hours of Yin Yoga. In the heart of the festive season I am holding a space for you. With ceremonial cacao and the profound stillness of Yin Yoga. A time to unwind and go within. The liminal time of the Winter Solstice. A really good deep stretch and a chance to centre yourself.
Set intent for 2026. Celebrate what 2025 has been. A cosy candlelit space.
I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher who has practiced and taught Yin Yoga for over 16 years. A transformative and meditative practice.
