Do you crave a little restoration from this busy season of life? Come join us for an evening of connection, restoration and relaxation. Jessie Joy will offer a special solstice meditation. You will also complete a mindful art project plus some journaling. The evening will end with singing bowls in savasana. Hot beverages will be served. Room gently warmed.
