We’re welcoming James Beard Award-winning chef Joshua McFadden back to the Midwest for a night full of good food, community, and conversation, in collaboration with Organic Valley. 🍽 6:30 PM | Dinner at Osteria Emilia
A multi-course dinner inspired by Joshua McFadden’s cookbooks, prepared by Chef Mitchel Weber and the teams at Osteria Emilia and Sagra. Expect house-made pasta, thoughtful ingredients, and the comforting, crafted style both kitchens are known for. Welcome remarks will be shared by both chefs, introduced by Organic Valley.
Tickets: $90 per seat (includes tax & gratuity). Drinks will be available for purchase.
Because this dinner is a fixed-course menu, we’re not able to offer dietary accommodations.
Guests are welcome to make donations to Hunger Task Force of La Crosse.
