Winter Solstice Nature Healing Walk

The Winter Solstice is at 8:03 AM, so we have scheduled this walk to surround that moment in time. The Winter Solstice is the peak of the Yin energy and is a time for personal reflection, for a renewal of hope & resilience, and for rest & rejuvenation. We will begin with a short Reiki invocation to bring us all together and help us align with our connection with nature. Then we will proceed to walk through the park and receive healing from nature and give our love and gratitude to nature. This will be a slow-paced, mindful walk, where there is time to stop and really take in all the good that surrounds us. Of course we will stop to give a little hello, or a hug to the grand tree along the way!

Parking is limited, so carpooling is recommended. Strollers, and little feet welcome, but please leave pets at home for this experience. (Registered service animals welcome.)

This event will be held regardless of the weather conditions, unless the temperature is below 10℉, or there is a accident alert asking people to stay off the roads. Bundle up and if it is icy, come with your tracks and boots! Notifications will be sent out to all registered participants in the event of a cancellation.
