Free Classes this Holiday Season! Here at the Energy Arts Training Center in Longmont, Colorado, we teach Tai Chi, Qigong, and Meditation from the heart of the Taoist Water Tradition. This fundamental qigong set will help you improve chi flow, posture and balance, and loosen tension in muscles, joints, and ligaments.
