Join Callie on the morning of the Winter Solstice, December 21, 2024 at Rooted Yoga in Barre, VT. We will embrace the darkest day of the year and bask in the stillness of winter. You can expect a gentle yoga session, each pose curated to instill a sense of deep relaxation, allowing you to release tension and reconnect with relaxation. Afterward, Callie will guide you through a journaling exercise to reflect on the year past and set intentions for the season ahead.
