Join Stina an co-host, Kirk from Evolvlove, as we bring you an offering to help you tend to your innermost energies, finding an array of opportunities to go deeper into the subtle bodies, quieter energies and deeper levels of our minds.
This half day retreat offers practices in breathwork meditation, gong bath with grounding reiki, yoga nidra and a collective sense of more deeply understanding the Self as we share this time together.
You are welcome to bring anything cozy from home to support your practices, but completely not necessary as we have props at the studio for you to use as well.
