Enjoy the quiet moments of solitude as we celebrate Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year.
We will begin our evening reflecting on the past year with gratitude, and begin to manifest new desires. You will be led through a colorful meditation to align and balance the Chakras, incorporating gentle and restorative movements. Experience aromatherapy as you rest and recharge. Settle in for a Himalayan Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, allowing your subconscious the space to connect to the darkness that will nurture your spirit.
