“Expect” to learn all about the importance of movement during pregnancy.
Dr. Samantha Arbour, Doctor of Chiropractic and Webster Certified, will demonstrate the safety of prenatal chiropractic and explain how the Webster Technique can contribute to the prevention of delivery complications.
Dr. Arbour will guide the group through prenatal yoga for common pregnancy complaints (pubic symphysis dysfunction and low back pain for example).
Also included will be breath work, meditation, and affirmations to support your labor and delivery.
