✨🪘✨ You are invited to join us for Shadow Drumming and an Ancient Sound & Voice Experience at Lapeer’s peaceful and charming Meditation Center on Winter Solstice Eve. An evening of offering a rhythm and resonance journey within, emotional cleansing and release, and embracing Mother Earth’s elements with an ancient sound weaving experience.
🔮🪈🪇 The holidays sometimes call in unexpected thoughts and feelings - sadness, loneliness, anxiety, trauma, grief, frustration, apprehension, and a range of other unexplainable emotions. With so many taboos in our culture to repress our emotions, and to not be heard, this weaving of ancient modalities is to clear the swirling chaos, to allow a voice to your feelings, through the drum, and gentle somatic movement. Then resonate with voice, into your inner sound symphony with singing bowls, Native American style flute, chimes, rainstick, rattles, kalimba, and the element of ether - a lullaby for your nervous system.
