This donation-based event honors the yogic tradition of practicing 108 Sun Salutations on special occasions. The number 108 holds significance in yoga, symbolizing completeness and found in elements like malas and the Sanskrit alphabet.
This inclusive practice, suitable for all levels, begins with seated meditation for intention setting and a gentle warm-up. We'll then flow through 9 sets of 12 Sun Salutations each, taking brief rests between sets.
