Winter Solstice Ecstatic Dance Journey

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with us in a sacred morning gathering as we welcome the sunrise and honor the return of the light.

We’ll begin at 8:30 AM with a Sacred Tea Ceremony, grounding into the energy of this special day while setting intentions for the season ahead. Sip, reflect, and connect as the morning light awakens our spirits.

We will open up to movement with a light yoga flow and breathwork before we move into the Ecstatic Dance Journey, guided by a live DJ who will create an uplifting soundscape to inspire free and intuitive movement.

Let the rhythm guide you as we celebrate the solstice through dance and aligning with the vitality of this sacred morning.

We’ll close with a Heart-Centered Connection Exercise, weaving the collective energy we’ve cultivated, followed by a restorative Elemental Sound Bath to ground and integrate.

This is a sunrise celebration of movement, intention, and renewal. Step into the day feeling invigorated, aligned, and ready to embrace the Winter season.

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing for movement, and layers in case its cold

a water bottle,

a mat/blanket to lay on for sound bath

and an open heart.

Donation based - suggested scale is $22-$44.
