We will melt into mindful, deep yin stretches followed by a magical Sound Bath. Then a little herbal tea tasting when you can learn how to incorporate nervine herbal tea concoctions into your life to calm and soothe your nervous system and help you get a beautiful nights sleep.
The perfect opportunity to slow down and find light & inspiration for the winter season & coming new year. Perfect for complete beginners and improvers, this unique, one-off class is designed to centre you for the Christmas break to come.
Immerse yourself in an evening of delicious, deep yin yoga, breathwork and sound therapy, hitting pause on the fast pace of life & taking some precious time out for self-care.
You can opt to experience the resonance of the Tibetan bowl on your body as part of our sound healing when you are bathed in sound.
Sound healing is a powerful antidote to our modern day, stressed out lifestyles where our nervous system tends to be disregulated. Experiencing the therapeutic vibrations of Tibetan Bowl Therapy adds another level of deep sound resonance affecting calm and overall wellbeing.
This ancient healing modality utilises deep vibrations and soothing sounds to bring relief from stress-related ailments or conditions. Breath work, guided meditation & sound healing will be interwoven throughout the evening. Sound Healing is an extremely powerful and non-intrusive method used to release stress and reduce physical pain.
