DetailsJoin us for the long standing ancient practices of sungazing the Solstice sunrise. Followed by a warming breakfast and hot drinks. Opening your energy with Sun Salutation Yoga to your own ability. Enhancing our power by collectively following a guided Meditation to raise our frequency. Enjoy a nourishing lunch with hot drinks and like minded company. Then stepping into the fire circle we embrace a ceremony to release the year gone by and open space for the year to come.

Lunch is Vegan and Gluten Free friendly, please just add your dietary requirements to the booking page.
Instructions
Bring warm clothes in layers in case of both warm or chilly weather in the Glass house. Yoga mats are provided, but please bring your own if you have one.
Lunch, drinks and snacks are provided. If you book onto the morning meditation Breakfast and hot drink is also provided.
You may like to bring your own water bottle.
