Winter Solstice CelebrationThe Winter Solstice marks the longest night and the quiet turning of the year- a threshold where darkness begins to yield to the slow return of light. Across traditions, this moment has been honored as sacred: a pause, a still point, a time to reflect, release, and set intention for the cycle ahead.
In this celebration, we will come together in community to honor the solstice through yoga, meditation, ritual, and rest. Gentle movement and breath will prepare the body, guided reflection will invite clarity, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra will allow you to settle into the stillness of this potent day. Together, we’ll acknowledge what is ready to be laid down with the old year and invite the spark of new beginnings as the light returns.
This gathering is both practice and ritual. A collective opportunity to mark the turning of the season not only with awareness, but with presence, reverence, and joy.
