WINTER SOLSTICE Candlelight Meditation & Sound Bath

Celebrate the longest night of the year with a Solstice meditation and restorative gong relaxation. This workshop will start with warm up exercises and stretches from Kundalini Yoga. Then practice a special meditation for the Winter Solstice to reignite your inner light.

Then rest and restore in an extended gong relaxation with the 21” Gongland Infinity gong, 32” Vintage Paiste Symphonic 36” Brilliant Paiste Gong and 50” Symphonic Gong. Allow the vibrations of the gong to release emotional blocks, open energetic channels and rebalance the nervous system as you relax deeply. Connect with your inner flame and call back the light for a new year.

No experience necessary.

The gong is not recommended for anyone pregnant or children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during a gong bath.

Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and bolsters provided. Bring a blanket and any additional pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back.
