Winter Solstice Bunny Yoga

As the winter solstice begins, when the nights are long and the days short, when the air is cold and dry and the earth has reached its farthest distance from the sun, we will gather for an uplifting class to mindfully move into this new season. We'll enjoy festive aromatherapy, candlelight, and the warmth of community and bunnies! This class is exactly what you need in as you prepare for the holidays ahead.

Alyssa Perry will be teaching the class and has over a decade of experience in the wellness industry and including three years of dedicated yoga practice. Her unique, invigorating teaching style empowers students to feel strong and centered, making each class a transformative experience.

All abilities are welcome! Mats are available for use. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled as class will begin promptly at 7:15pm.
