Sound Medicine Collective Winter Solstice Breath & Sound JourneyHonoring Winter’s Dance into the Dark!
The Sound Medicine Collective joins us at Infinite Light Center for an afternoon of Breath, Movement, and Celebrating Winter with a Sacred Sound Journey down into the deep, dark stillness of the longest night of the year. What better location to be than at the place of Infinite Light?
The meditation will begin with opening up the breath and the body with heating practices and then a Gong Heavy signature Sound Medicine Journey, softened with the sweetness of crystal and Alchemy bowls, mantra, chimes, Tibetan bowls, hand pan, drums and more!
The Sound Medicine Collective is a partnership, to hold space through sound, for seekers on the path to their own healing.
Adri & Luke, owners of The Collective Wellness Center in Benton Harbor, MI, offer journeys using sacred instruments: wall of gongs, crystal & Tibetan bowls, drums, hand pan, chimes, & chanting mantra. The instruments have been designed intentionally for healing & offer an effective way to release traumas, emotions & allow the body/mind to relax and restore.
Science is catching up and confirming the profound effects of sound and Adri & Luke are passionate about sharing this healing medium with you!
