Through mindful movement and yoga, we’ll align our bodies with the natural cycles, honoring the energies of the solstice with poses that strengthen, transform, and restore.
A soul retrieval meditation will guide you inward to reclaim parts of your spirit that may have been lost, while energy healing and chakra alignment help release stagnant energy and bring balance.
The workshop concludes with a closing circle, offering you the space to share reflections and set intentions for the year ahead. You’ll leave feeling renewed, connected, and aligned with the cycles of nature, ready to embrace the light returning with the solstice.
