As the longest night of the year embraces us, we gather to honor the Winter Solstice, a sacred time of stillness, reflection, and renewal. The darkness invites us inward to rest, release, and trust the quiet magic of transformation unfolding within.Through Kundalini Yoga, we awaken the inner light, clearing space for new energy and intention. With breath, mantra, and movement, we let go of what no longer serves us and open to the light returning.
The practice will include a Sound Bath experience to help calm the nervous system and deepen relaxation, allowing you to integrate the energy and awaken refreshed and renewed.
