As winter settles in, you’re invited to a Winter Retreat: Stillness & Grounded Renewal at Simply Graced - a quiet, intentional morning designed to support rest, grounding, and gentle nervous-system renewal.Winter naturally invites us to slow down, turn inward, and soften our pace. This retreat offers space to do exactly that - without pressure, productivity, or expectation. Everything offered is optional, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
This is not a workshop or a day of doing. It’s an intentional retreat experience - a place to settle, receive, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, gently held space.
What we’ll experience together:
• Guided winter reflection & journaling
• Gentle somatic practices to help the body feel safe
and supported
• Group Reiki circle (no experience needed; touch
always optional)
• A Winter Calm dried herb sachet paired with a
grounding crystal to take home
• Restorative sound meditation
• A quiet closing ritual to integrate and carry the
experience into the season ahead
• Warm beverages and light seasonal refreshments
