Reiki Level I Training – January SessionEmbark on a transformative three-week Reiki Level I training with Simply Graced Wellness Sanctuary. This immersive course introduces you to the healing energy of the Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki system and goes beyond a typical weekend workshop, offering time for practice, integration, and deeper understanding.
Full attendance at all three in-person sessions is required for certification.
Class Schedule
Saturday, January 17 · 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday, January 22 · 6:00 – 9:00 PM
Thursday, January 29 · 6:00 – 9:00 PM
Cost: $400
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your spot. A minimum of five registered participants is required for the class to run. If the minimum is not met, the training will be rescheduled.
Light refreshments are provided; lunch is on your own.
What You’ll Learn
This training covers the foundational aspects of Reiki, supporting both personal healing and the ability to offer Reiki to others.
Topics include:
• The origins and history of Reiki
• Reiki principles and how to integrate them into daily life
• Gassho meditation for grounding and focus
• Self-healing techniques
• The 21-day purification process
• Holy Fire® III Reiki placement
Participants will receive the official Reiki – The Healing Touch manual and a Reiki Level I Certificate upon completion.
