Winter is a time of silence and solitude and a time to dream in the things that we wish to to manifest with the arrival of spring. During the darker months, we may look deeply within to find our inner light of creation and inspiration. Without the darkness, the light may not be truly revealed.
Winter asks us to reflect, to look back at what we were and to look forward to what we may become, but in this moment to accept who we are. This season is a time of quietness and stillness, allowing us, if we choose, to stop and listen to the small still voice within. Winter is a time for being in the mystery of the unknown and wrapping ourselves in the liminal space that this time of year embodies. Here we can nurture body, soul and spirit, preparing ourselves for our awakening in spring.
In this one-day retreat, we will walk the labyrinth harnessing the energies of this time, travelling deeply to our innermost selves, and honouring our own inner light. Working within the liminal space of both the labyrinth and the season we will meditate and dream in the possibilities of the spring.
