This transformative workshop is carefully crafted to help you navigate through the challenging journey of loss and bereavement. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences and gain valuable tools to cope with your grief.
The labyrinth serves as a powerful metaphor for the twists and turns of grief, providing a safe and supportive environment to process emotions. Through a unique combination of labyrinth work and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) – LABNOSIS™, we will create a comforting space for you to express yourself without fear of judgment. You will have the chance to explore your feelings using both finger labyrinths and a walking labyrinth, and learn how to use these tools to safely release your emotions at home.
This workshop is designed for small, intimate groups of no more than 6 people, ensuring personalized attention and care for each participant. Join us for a day of healing and self-discovery, focusing on your inner well-being and providing you with the support you need on your journey.
