A relaxing and restorative early evening class, surrounded by soft candle light, a guided meditation focussing on Winter; its power of inner growth, reflection and readiness for the year to come. We will use a snowflake Obsidian crystal to help us focus on the balance of this delicate season. Followed by a gentle crystal singing bowl sound bath.
No experience is needed; just an openness to listening, an opportunity to grow, be mindful and experience a blissful evening & some much needed time out.
