About this Event
This Winter Reset Series is designed to guide you through a mindful journey of self-reflection and renewal over three sessions.
Each session builds on the last, combining guided meditation, sound bath with singing bowls, and reflective journaling to foster clarity, emotional release, and inner peace.
Joy Collective yoga studio has all the props you need - blankets, cushions, yoga mats - but please bring anything you'd like to feel more comfortable. New journals will also be available.
Beginners welcome!
Please arrive a few minutes early to find parking & get settled with props. There is free parking on the street & at the library a 1/2 block south of the venue.
There are just 20 spots available each session.

Emma Fuglsby is a Meditation Teacher, Certified Life Coach and Yoga Instructor, as well as the co-founder of Omboldt Yoga Festival. Pulling from Vipassana lineage, she has been teaching meditation and journaling in classroom and retreat spaces for the better part of eight years. Emma’s teaching encourages self-reflection, gratitude, and positive mindset shifts. Her approach integrates techniques that help you feel empowered and aligned with your true self.
Abbi Day is an artist, DJ, musician, and sound bath facilitator from Sioux Falls, SD. She is passionate about creating experiences that encourage the mind and body to reset and restore through musical immersion.
