Grounded in the timeless wisdom of the Trika lineages of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra and offered through a modern lens, Midnight Garden Temple Tantra Retreats invite a profound inward journey, awakening inner power and realising your essential unity with all of existence.
All retreats are held at our private rainforest property — 28 acres of pristine rainforest in the Northern Illawarra escarpment. Surrounded by the sounds of the rainforest and the ocean, this community haven creates the perfect environment for deep relaxation, allowing you to deepen into your Tantric practice.
What You'll Experience:
Through a curated fusion of traditional and modern Tantric practice, you’ll be guided into deeper presence, soulful connection and embodiment, including:
- Community connection with like-hearted souls
- Guided meditation, Tantric breathwork and Tantric yoga practices
- Rainforest Immersion - connecting with nature through Tantric practice
- Kundalini Tantra energy-based practices
- Mantra practices with Louise Charman-James of Soul Signature
- Sound Healing with Louise Charman-James
- Shiva/Shakti balancing, polarity & embodiment practices
- Inner union, Tantric union and esoteric Tantra
- An introduction to Tantric sublimation principles and practice
- Explorations of Tantric philosophy through Kashmir Shaivism
- Surrender, reflection, self enquiry and integration practices

Retreat Details
Location: Rainforest Temple, Coledale NSW 2515 (private location shared after booking). The Retreat is located up a long driveway on 28 acres of pristine private rainforest. There is parking on site however we'd like to minimise the amount of cars parking and moving around the property. A ride-share will be setup for participants if you'd be interested in this.
Date/Time: Start 4pm Friday 7th August, Finish 4pm Sunday 9th August 2026
Open to all genders, lgbtqia+, singles & couples –beginners to advanced levels. Includes all practices, Tantric tuition, accommodation, nourishing vegetarian meals, sacred ritual and ceremony.
This retreat is a transformative portal for those ready to walk a deeper path. Through timeless Tantric wisdom and embodiment, we return to the truth of who we are within sacred community.
