Join us on December 5th (6-8pm) at Bike Doctor Frederick for a Winter Bike Maintenance Clinic & Indoor Trainer Demo Night. Bring yourself, your bike, and a trainer (if you have one) to practice installation or use one of our trainer set-ups to learn how they work.We will review basic bike maintenance skills (tube/tire installation, gear adjustments, safety check, cleaning, etc) and demo various models of indoor bike trainers from Wahoo & Saris to talk about the pros/cons of each. We will also discuss using the Zwift virtual training program (and similar programs) with a smart trainer for indoor, winter workouts.
