Age Requirement: Must be 21+

Timing: Doors open, check-ins, mix and mingle, and cash bar at 7:00 pm, the mystery will be solved as you enjoy dinner from 7:30-10 pm.

Cost: $95/person includes the interactive mystery, three-course dinner, tax, and gratuity. (Your tax and gratuity is prepaid with the ticket.)

Discount: Discounted to $90 per seat if you purchase four or more seats. Discounted to $85 per seat if you purchase a private table of eight seats. Discounted to $80 per seat for a private event with 48 or more seats (based on availability).

Parking: Parking is free in the large lot around the building.

Private Event: The Dutch's Daughter Restaurant is available for your private party. Consider this for your employee appreciation night or your spouse's milestone birthday. It's a blast! Frederick, Maryland is a growing city filled with friendly citizens who are quick with a smile and eager to help their neighbors. But they are increasingly frustrated with some outliers unwilling to follow a few basic rules of common courtesy. To solve the problem, they have updated and reinstated the "19 Crimes," established in 1783 by the British Government. Tonight's party is an opportunity for friends and family to say farewell to those convicted before their banishment from Frederick.

As a guest, you will be playing a detective searching for clues and interrogating suspects to solve whodunnit or a suspect giving out information, casting suspicion on others, and proclaiming your innocence. Everyone plays at this interactive event. This is a blast. But watch out, this is so much fun, you might die laughing. Bwahahahaha

I recommend you wear all-black cocktail attire or come in stripes as a "jailbird."

Dutch's Daughter (301-668-9500) is an upscale traditional cuisine restaurant in Frederick, Maryland. You should plan to visit regardless of whether or not you can attend this party. Your tastebuds will thank you.

What time should I arrive? Please arrive in the ten-minute window between 7 and 7:10 PM.

Could I arrive early? You may but kindly wait in your car and enter the building at 7 PM. Parking is free in the large lot around Dutch's Daughter.

I would like to buy tickets for my friends and give them as a gift. Wonderful! Yes, you may purchase tickets for another guest. You will choose their entree for them when you purchase the ticket. The ticket will be in your name so they will use your name at the door upon arrival.

Will I be able to solve the mystery? Yes. Clues are pointing to a particular guilty party. This is not decided by vote.

I am celebrating a birthday. Is there a way to make it special for me? Yes. You could come early and visit the "dungeon" at Dutch's Daughter. You could also volunteer to be a suspect accused of the crime. I guarantee they will love seeing you as a suspect. Choose a party name and give it to your friends. Have everyone use the same party name and you will be seated together.

I have a food allergy. How can I get that information to you? Choose the "Dietary Concern" ticket. The Chef at Dutch's Daughter can accommodate almost all dietary restrictions with advance notice.

I would like to sit with my friend. Could we make separate reservations? Yes! Make a reservation with the same party name and you will be seated together. More than eight seats will be at neighboring tables.

I would like to book eight or more people. Is there a discount? If you purchase eight or more seats the cost per seat is discounted to $85/person. Additionally, if you pay by check in the mail for eight or more seats, you will avoid Eventbrite and credit card fees. I would like to book more than eight seats. Will we be at the same table? Eight people fit at the table. The additional people will be seated at the next table with other guests.

Are there any exceptions to the no-refund policy? No. Plan accordingly. Unless the restaurant is forced to be closed by state or county mandate, the event will go as planned and there will be no refunds or exchanges.

What if there is an emergency (illness, death in the family, etc.) and I cannot attend? Give your seat to a friend. Have them use your name at the door.

I would like to arrange a private M**der mystery party on an alternate date at Dutch's Daughter. This is such fun! The price is $80/person for a group of 48 or more guests. The price includes the mystery, meal, tax, gratuity, and free parking at Dutch's Daughter. I will customize the mystery based on your event (company party, family reunion, birthday party, retirement party, etc.). You may have a lunch or dinner party, mid-week or weekend. The date is dependent on the restaurant's availability. To include alcohol for your guests, bring a card and pay at the end of the event. Your team is going to have a blast.
