Join me for a hands-on, seasonal workshop focusing on making simple yet powerful herbal remedies. Together, we’ll harvest roots from plants growing in the community garden and learn how to prepare them into a herbal vinegar. We’ll also chop herbs to infuse into honey, creating a remedy that’s especially helpful during the winter months.
Along the way, I’ll introduce you to a selection of useful kitchen herbs, exploring their medicinal properties and how they can be used at home to help support the body through cold and flu season.
You will leave with handmade remedies to take home and a deeper understanding of how to use herbs as everyday allies for winter wellness.
