Make your own 500ml fire cider; a warming folk recipe with immune-supporting properties to help ward off coughs and colds.
Learn about each of the ingredients’ medicinal properties and how they can be used to support our health in winter.
Ginger, chilli garlic and a few other allies are steeped in apple cider vinegar to extract their constituents. Tastes delicious, too!
