September Open Days at Studio 6

Join us throughout September to see what we have to offer at Studio 6. These FREE taster sessions are a great way to experince these healing modalities, see our lovely space, and meet us face to face.

• Saturday 7th September 2.30-3.30 & 4-5pm - GROUP REIKI SESSIONS

Join Eva and Becky for these group healing sessions where you will hear a bit about Reiki and how it can help you. You will also get to experience it for yourself.

• Friday 13th September 7-8.30pm - MOVEMENT AND DRUMMING

Join Eva and Becky to shake off the week with some gentle movement and drumming. Feel free to bring your own drum or borrow one of ours. We have plenty of rattles too!

• Sunday 22nd September 2-4pm - MEET THE ART THERAPIST

Join Becky in this shamanic art flow, where you will explore how to release and let go of creative blocks , feelings of not being good enough at making art, and releasing any emotions that feel stuck in the body.

• Sunday 22nd September 4.30-6pm - MEET THE SOUL DOULA

In this taster 'Talk it to Death' session with Eva, you'll hear all about what a Death doula does, and how they can help you and your loved ones. After this gentle exploration of death and dying, you'll leave feeling empowered.

• Saturday 28th September 10-11 & 11.30-12.30 - SOUNDBATH

Join Eva and Becky on this beautiful soundscape featuring crystal bowls, chimes, water sounds and more. Lay down, close your eyes and let us take care of the rest.

About the venue:

We are at the top of the mill so bare in mind there is a couple of flights of stairs up to the studio.

There is some parking outside the mill and a free council car park to the side.

About Your Guides:

Eva Lake is a Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Therapist and Soul Doula who uses various modalities to help you navigate the storms of life… and death. Particularly interested in working with people as they undertake life’s many changes, Eva helps those feeling lost to find their way.

Becky is a fully qualified and registered Art Psychotherapist with over 11years of experience supporting both individuals and groups. Becky focuses on individual need and adapts the therapy to create a positive and magical experience while gently exploring any difficulty that rises. Becky is a Trauma informed therapist and helps clients understand and work with their nervous system. In Art Therapy the process is important and will include understanding and working with all the senses in a sensitive and safe way.
