Join us under the energy of the Winter Full Moon for an evening of deep relaxation and calm. This soothing experience combines gentle Yin Yoga with the healing sounds of crystal bowls, handpan, various chimes, and the ocean drum to guide your body and mind to unwind, release, and let go. 💖 Bathe in sound, soften into stillness, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and refreshed in body, mind, and spirit. 🌕✨
