Women’s Institute of Natural Healing Education and Rejuvenation is proud to announce a Winter Wellness afternoon. Please join us Sunday December 8th from 1-3 for an afternoon to give the gift of relaxation and wellness to yourself. Start the afternoon off letting your creative side shine creating a floral gift to love and cherish. We then be guided by a certified art teacher that will teach us how to let go of stress using meditative water color painting 🎨techniques. There is no prior art experience necessary and all materials and supplies will be provided.
For the second part of our lovely afternoon we will embark on a Kundalini Yoga and sound journey led by the phenomenal Colleen O’Rourke. We will begin with a beautiful movement meditation that will assist in the relaxation of your body and mind. It is important for us to deeply relax on a daily basis. Stress which builds up can cause physical and mental imbalances and this short yoga set is a beautiful way to release tension in the mind and body.
Rhythmic, unforced, graceful, and free movement relaxes the entire body and releases the tensions we store in the body from our daily emotions.
Colleen the founder of both the Cosmic Living Institute and Microdose Your Meditation will then guide us in the extremely therapeutic gong bath. The gong is famous for its ability to reset the nervous system, clear the subconscious mind, and foster well-being at a cellular level. A gong bath offers a complete experience of relaxation and rejuvenation. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket and water bottle.
