Relaxing & Healing Sound Bath at Lakewood Yoga - Last Saturday Each Month

Come relax and unwind with Jessie at Lakewood Yoga for a meditative, sound bath journey. Sound healing is a meditative and relaxing experience that is used to realign our energy and feel refreshed in our minds, bodies and souls. There are sounds that are powerful enough to bring our internal frequencies back to regulation. The crystal bowls, gongs, rattles, and many more instruments create vibrations powerful enough to transmit their frequencies through the human body and clear out energetic blockages. Each sound healing experience will be different from session to session and from individual to individual. Along with the healing sounds and relaxation, Jessie is a Reiki practitioner and tarot reader which is utilized during her sound journey experience which is an additional offering of light and guidance.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water and anything you’d like to make yourself as comfortable as you can be. If you need any comfort items, the studio does have some that you can use. You can also bring your crystals, moon water, or anything else you would like charged.
