#WineDown Book Club: Author Chat with Marissa Stapley x Book Bar (TO)

Join us for The #WineDown Book Club in an intimate Salon setting for a Toronto reader/writer community mingle. Explore Toronto's newest community hub Book Bar. Arrive early to browse their plethora of books, enjoy a light snack or a glass of wine or beer (for purchase). Settle in to The Green Room on the second floor for a fireside chat moderated by #WineDown Book Club Host Vanessa in conversation with author Marissa Stapley (Lucky & The Lightning Bottles).

We will discuss her writing journey, book to screen adaptation and have a spoiler-free chat about the themes of two of her recent novels (indepence vs. partnership, first love, strong female protagonists). Bring your book bestie or arrive solo - a unique opportunity to learn and connect with open-minded book lovers, aspiring writers, emerging voices, and the author of your favourite books.
