This month, we're exploring one of the world's oldest and most misunderstood beverages: sake. Together, we'll answer a question many people have asked, what exactly is sake?

One of the world's oldest beverages, sake is also one of its most misunderstood. Is it wine? Is it beer? Is it liquor? Join us as we uncover the history, craftsmanship, and traditions behind Japan's iconic drink while tasting a variety of different styles.
