About this Event
Workshop Overview
The Neuroscience of Manifesting is a transformative workshop that bridges cutting edge neuroscience with practical manifestation techniques, empowering participants to achieve their goals through scientifically backed methods. This interactive session moves beyond traditional "manifestation" concepts by grounding the practice in brain science, behavioral psychology, and proven cognitive processes.
This workshop is ideal for women entrepreneurs seeking to align their goals with proven success strategies, professionals looking to enhance their leadership and goal achievement capabilities, anyone interested in the intersection of neuroscience and personal development.
4 - 4:30 PM: Arrive & Network
4:30 - 6 PM: Workshop
What Makes This Workshop Unique
Unlike typical manifestation workshops, this program leverages neuroscience to explain how and why manifestation works. Participants learn that manifesting isn't mystical, it's a strategic use of cognitive processes including goal-setting, visualization, and selective attention to activate the brain's Reticular Activating System (RAS). By understanding the science behind manifestation, attendees gain practical tools to embed intentions into their subconscious mind and increase the likelihood of achieving desired outcomes.
Participants will:
- Discover their existing manifesting abilities through personal success story reflection
- Understand the neuroscience behind manifestation, including how the RAS, neural pathways, and the salience network work together
- Learn the foundation for success by distinguishing between fear-based (sympathetic) and heart-centered (parasympathetic) nervous system states
- Practice multi-sensory manifestation techniques that engage sight, sound, touch, visualization, and emotional anchoring
- Activate their manifestation support network through the Task Positive Network: salience, attention, and executive control systems
