We’re bringing it back! After overwhelming demand, Advanced Sommelier Jen returns to Vichino’s for her Summer Series of Serious Wine Knowledge — a deeper dive into the world of wine for those ready to go beyond the basics.

While we take pride in our fun, classroom-style wine tastings at Vichino’s, this series is MORE in-depth, educational, and focused on understanding the “why” behind what’s in your glass. Perfect for wine lovers looking to expand their palate, knowledge, and confidence.

For our first class, we’re exploring the sparkling side of Italy — from refreshing aperitivo culture to elegant traditional-method bubbles and even one of Italy’s most misunderstood sparkling reds.

• Lambrusco

Jen will guide guests through production methods, regions, tasting techniques, food pairing ideas, and what makes each style unique in the world of Italian sparkling wine.

Whether you’re studying wine, leveling up your tasting skills, or simply love Italian bubbles, this is a class you won’t want to miss.
