As our nation celebrates 250 years of independence, we're featuring one of the most iconic names in American wine: Grgich Hills Estate. This special evening pays tribute to the pioneering spirit that helped put California wines on the world stage.
In 1976, winemaker Miljenko "Mike" Grgich made history when his Chardonnay earned top honors at the legendary Judgment of Paris, the blind tasting that shocked the wine world and forever changed the reputation of American wine. Nearly 50 years later, Grgich Hills remains a benchmark for excellence and one of Napa Valley's most celebrated wineries.
We'll explore a lineup of exceptional Grgich wines while discussing the remarkable story behind the winery, the Judgment of Paris, and how California became one of the world's premier wine regions.
Whether you're a longtime Grgich fan or simply love discovering great wines, this is the perfect way to celebrate both American history and American winemaking.

Your tasting will be paired with our signature Vichino’s pretzel charcuterie featuring assorted meats, cheeses, fruit, and our famous pretzel nuggets.
