If you have never made GNOCCHI, this class will definitely be for you! This hands-on experience will guide you through the entire process of creating delicious homemade gnocchi, just like my beloved nonna used to make in her cozy kitchen. Once we have prepared the potatoes, we will move on to the exciting part—transforming them into gnocchi! You will learn the traditional techniques for mashing, mixing, and forming the dough, as well as tips for rolling and cutting the gnocchi into those delightful little pillows. In addition to making gnocchi, we will dive into the world of regional sauces that perfectly complement this classic dish. You will learn to prepare two distinct sauces, each representing a different region of Italy, showcasing the country's diverse culinary traditions. From a rich and savory tomato-based sauce to a creamy and aromatic sage butter sauce, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to elevate your gnocchi to new heights.

To enhance your culinary experience, this class will also feature a delightful wine tasting session. You will have the opportunity to sample three carefully selected wines, each chosen to pair beautifully with the flavors of the gnocchi and sauces.
