Menu:

Florentine spinach sformato with cacio e pepe fondue 

First Course 

Panzanella focaccia salad with heirlooms tomato, cucumbers, Tropea onions and basil 

Middle Course 

Taste of risotto alla milanese, saffron, bone marrow, 24k gold leaf 

Main Course 

Porcini crusted swordfish with vinsanto and green peppercorn sauce, zucchine carpaccio & pistachios roasted potatoes 

Dessert 

Tuscan panna cotta with nutella sauce and raspberries
