Starting off with Movement to connect you to your senses and limber the body, we then go into shamanic breathing to clear the mind of what no loner serves you.

Transitioning into a Guided Mediation for inner to outer peace then gradually transitioning to the use of Anciet Tibetian Sound Bowls, Indian Tingshas, Thai Windchimes, and a Ukulele song to transcend from within.
